Cheetahs

Cheetahs are becoming endangered. Yes they are predators that hunt and kill other animals, but their food source is not the problem. The problem is that their young are often attacked and killed by lions and other animals like hyenas. Their are only so many adult cheetahs to mate and reproduce to make young ones. To add to that the females only have between 2 and 4 cubs a liter, so it takes a lot to get the population back up to were it needs to be.

These are beautiful creatures, but I guess nature has its toll on the evironment. We could help them though. All we need to do is keep what cheetahs we have in captivity and let them all reproduce and grow up without other predators trying to kill them. We could also stop killing them for their spotted fur. After all we don't need everything we see, do we?
